10. Doesn’t Support VR
With the Oculus Rift VR and Sony’s Project Morpheus, almost all games are taking a step towards the world of virtual reality and while that may be so, Driveclub isn’t really a game made for virtual reality. hands down, the game looks beautiful and you can appreciate the rocky terrain bathed in the waning sunlight while gently cruising down the slopes, but stepping on the pedal is going to be your sure shot ticket to nausea land.
As much as VR may be stepping into the gaming industry, fast paced games do not generally belong to the VR category. This includes most hack and slash games and almost all racing. It was a good decision on Evolution Studios’ part to ditch the VR programme for the game.
