Square Enix’s Avengers Project

Yet another company is working on an Avengers game for Marvel. Granted, with Square Enix at the helm and Crystal Dynamics being assisted by Eidos Montreal, this could actually be one of the better superhero titles. You won’t be seeing it at E3 2017 though. Why? Because the project itself was announced in January 2017. If we’re being argumentative (because why not?) then Square Enix could release a teaser for the same, maybe some in-engine footage like Insomniac did for Spider-Man PS4. As it stands, we’d be amazed if anything other than an announcement trailer was showcased but we’ll stick to the game just being absent for now.
