It’s hard to think of a location more twisted than Fallout 3’s Andale. One ruled for four families before the nuclear war, in the game, the town has fallen into ruin, with the families having turned completely inward looking. This means procreating only within the town itself, which keeps decreasing the gene pool (and yet the procreating doesn’t slow down), while Andale’s residents also resort to cannibalism, carving up any outsiders for meat.
