Dunwich Building shares some of its name with the Dunwich Borers from Fallout 4, and is just as creepy of a location (if not more). The building, which is owned by the same mining company, in fact, is overrun with ghouls. One ghoul in particular – Jaime Dexter Palabras – retains a shred of his humanity, which somehow makes him even crazier and more unhinged.
