Fens Street Sewer

Ah, another serial killer. This one – dubbed the Fens Phantom – is an eclectic mix of crazy though with his victims chained inside dog houses, beheaded and replaced with cow skulls and other depraved craziness. There also seems to be a detective that was after the Phantom and it was the killer’s interest in him that ultimately led to his undoing. In terms of horror and bloodshed, the Fens Street Sewer is perhaps the grisliest location in Fallout 4.
