The Next Onimusha Game

The Onimusha series is home to plenty of great action experiences, but the franchise wasn’t able to sustain much relevance during its time and eventually died out in the face of declining sales. Jump to now, the series is slowly but steadily making moves to will itself back into existence with the recent release of Onimusha Warlord remastered edition and the upcoming Netflix anime adaptation. A new game in the series is somewhat unlikely, but we would really love to see the next Onimusha built on RE Engine with all the graphical bells and whistles along with gameplay improvements.
