A PLAGUE TALE: INNOCENCE
It might not be accurate to call A Plague Tale: Innocence a difficult game, but though it’s pretty breezy and straightforward from a gameplay and design perspective, the way it contextualizes those things makes things feel so much more dangerous than they should. For starers, you’re playing as a teenage girl, who, to make matters worse, finds herself having to take care of her young and sickly kid brother, facing threats ranging from zealot Inquisition soldiers to vicious and hungry swarms of plague rats whose only weakness is light.
