Grand Theft Auto IV only tells one of the stories happening in Liberty City at the time. Episodes from Liberty City takes two unique characters from the main game and fleshes out their stories, showing two completely different sides of the city. The DLC is all about rough and tumble bikers and features a tale of crime.
