Bugs, Bugs, Bugs

Physics engine glitches, the Lone Wanderer getting stuck, enemies and creatures suddenly flying into the air, NPCs getting stuck in the environment, the player floating in mid-air, falling out of the map, the aforementioned heads spinning around, textures and models being stretched out – Fallout 3 had a ton of annoying bugs at launch, some which persist till this day. Suffice to say, find yourself some decent mods.
