5. Real Name Support
So there you are, having happily bought your new Xbox One and your new friend tells you to add him as a friend on Xbox Live. You punch in the name in the search bar and bam! 10 results for the same name and you have no idea who’s who.
The Xbox One only shows the user names for an account. Microsoft had announced that they will introduce something similar to Sony’s ‘real name request’ but it has the decision has been rescinded. Again, a little organisation in the friend’s list would be much appreciated.
