As we all know, Frank West will indeed be returning as Dead Rising 4’s protagonist, but what about other characters from the past games as well? If you’re interested in past characters there is a little hope to be found. Past characters will at the very least be mentioned within the game. Will any of them make appearances? It’s hard to tell, but at least Capcom knows we’d like some form of closure instead of just ignoring them totally.
