THE CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLENCE
Side quests are going to be an important part of Vampyr, which is sort of a given, seeing as this is an RPG. The characters who give you side quests, of course, are NPCs (and we’ll be talking more about them in just a bit). What’s interesting, though, is that every NPC you kill remains dead irrevocably, which might result in you losing out on the opportunity to even get the side quest that the NPC in question may have given out. Killing too many NPCs will also have an actual impact on the game’s world, which, according to the developers, will decay and change to reflect the state of its inhabitants.
