Flying Wild Hog’s reboot of Shadow Warrior was successful enough to warrant a sequel, which kept the low-brow humor but added random level layouts, tons of new weapons, a loot system, and even leveling. All said and done, the game had an okay critical reception and over four times the sales of its predecessor. Subsequent updates would add more challenges and the gameplay is still pretty crisp to this day.
