Whatever games you want to compare it with its undeniable Lightyear Frontier presents a novel approach to the farming sim. What’s interesting here too is the crop planting, farmhouse building, resource gathering, and exploration doesn’t feel alien despite gameplay centring on the customisable mech you’ll pilot across mysterious extra-terrestrial lands. A thoroughly relaxing affair, once Lightyear Frontier breaks out of early access it deserves to acquire a sizeable audience.
