NEW SILENT HILL GAME
Given how disinterested Konami seems to be in making anything related to video games other than Pro Evolution Soccer, it’s doubtful that any of their major franchises will make a return, but given the context surrounding Silent Hill, it seems particularly tricky. Silent Hills was the last major game Konami had in development, under Hideo Kojima, before it was cancelled and Kojima went independent. To rub salt in our wounds, Konami recently announced a new Silent Hill… slot machine? So yeah, a mainline sequel is off the table.
