At one particular point early on in the game, Batman literally throws Harley Quinn to the ground, where she falls on her stomach. By all means, this should be completely unimportant, but later on in the game, keen eyed players will be able to find a crib with a baby doll inside it dressed like the Joker, as well as dozens of pregnancy tests strewn about that are now reflecting negative.
