Typing long-winding messages using your controller can get tiring on both consoles. Sure you could reach for your phone and use the built-in apps for Xbox One and PS4. Another solution is to attach a mini-Bluetooth keyboard to your controller to enable quick typing of messages. It comes across as a bulky but if most of your messaging and web-browsing is done with a controller, it’s worth a look.
