THEOR FOREST- TALES OF THE ABYSS

Ah, yet another JRPG where you’re forced into stealth. Once again, if you’re caught by enemy units, the game sends you right back to the beginning of the area, wiping away all your progress and making your blood pressure shoot up immediately to dangerously high levels. Blessedly though, Tales of the Abyss knows that what it’s forcing you to do is terrible and boring- get caught too many times, and the game will let you just fight the enemies that catch you. The question, though, then arises- why couldn’t it just let us do this from the beginning?
