OUR WORLD IS ENDED.
When a game puts a period in its title, as Our World Is Ended. does, you can probably guess that something’s not quite right with it. But enough with the irrelevant nitpicks- because there’s no shortage of actual issues that make this a disappointing and dull affair. It forces brazenly offensive humour down the player’s throat, shameless makes use of unacceptable storytelling devices, and does it all seemingly for no good reason. It tries to do that thing that visual novels do by being all weird and shocking, but it doesn’t even do it well on a surface level, let alone actually being effective at it.
