GHOSTBUSTERS: THE VIDEO GAME REMASTERED
For fans of the Ghostbusters series, this game is actually pretty easy to recommend, seeing how surprisingly essential and authentic its story feels, but even the biggest Ghostbusters fans will find it hard to ignore this remaster’s many flaws. For starters, it’s clear that this game first launched 10 years ago, because its design just doesn’t hold up, and feels a bit too outdated. Meanwhile, the remaster didn’t even do a very good job of updating the visuals, because at the worst of times, the game can look flat-out ugly. There’s other issues as well, such as inconsistent AI and an unbalanced difficulty curve, all of which came together to make for an uneven experience.
