METRO EXODUS
4A Games’ Metro series left the claustrophobic of the Russian metro with the series’ third instalment this year, and the result was a resounding success. In spite of becoming much more open-ended and larger, Metro Exodus did not lose the tension that had defined its predecessor, while its large environments themselves were also a treat. Thanks to organic exploration, great visual variety, and excellent art design, Metro Exodus was able to portray the post-nuclear remains of Russia in beautiful light.
