Another one that isn’t really a secret, but basically something that you should know of to begin with (and if you don’t, maybe you want to rethink how and why you play Metal Gear games in the first place). But basically, the target you are assigned in Mission 22, Mosquito, is in fact the very same dude who helped Miller scape the Motherbase when it was under attack in the closing moments of The Phantom Pain.
That’s reason enough to want to kill him, in my opinion.
