Ys 10: Nordics
Though slightly underwhelmed by the new combat system and sailing, Ys 10: Nordics is still a solid entry in the franchise. Adol’s journey through Obelia Bay alongside newcomer Karja Balta offers solid areas to traverse, and the new movement options, including grappling and the Mana Board, feel great. And for its faults, the parrying and Dual Attacks feel great to execute. If nothing else, Ys 10: Nordics is a solid entry point for new players to the series before moving on to Ys 8 and 9.
