Currently in development at Team Cloud, Project ILL is shaping up to be one of the most visually disturbing horror titles in development. The hyper-realistic environments courtesy of Unreal Engine 5 and grotesque enemy designs come together to create a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere. The combat appears brutal and grounded with physics-based interactions adding to the sheer intensity of the action – and the emphasis on body horror and realism could make it one of the most unsettling games in recent memory.
