Lead Team Fortress 2 designer Robin Walker has been at it again- dropping clues about the ‘calm before the storm’ and that ‘something big is happening’.

Sewn into the post on the TF2 blog are hints of a new update; the user-made Polycount Pack, ‘non-human’ opponents, and the launch of the full, official Team Fortress 2 wiki.

The Polycount Pack itself was a weapon-making competition, and some of the finalists look very, very cool. Check them out below.

Regarding the new Wiki site, Walker writes, “If you’re a useful enough contributor, the weather might talk to you too. It might even point out which of the people on your team aren’t real humans.”

Real humans? Sounds like TF2 is getting pretty funky. Will there be zombies in Team Fortress 2? Only time will tell.
And in true Valve style, the post had to end like this:

“Or maybe, just maybe, it’s something else entirely. ”

Check out pics from the Polycount Pack below.
