21. Atari Jaguar

Despite owning the 80s game market, Atari struggled to dominate the fifth generation in the same way with their Jaguar. The initial mistake was dual developing the Jaguar alongside the less powerful Panther. Upon realising that the 64-bit Jaguar was progressing more quickly than anticipated, that design was chosen, making it the first 64-bit console on the market (although its debated whether or not the console was truly 64-bit). A stupid controller, awful games and notoriously broken development tools and documentation made the Jaguar an instant flop, though a dedicated community continues to release homebrew games for it.
