Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is a game that can break down under the slightest of scrutiny, given how many very obvious issues it has, but it’s also the sort of game that brute forces it way past those issues and pretty much forces you to like it. How? Well, there’s just so much on offer here. Tight and addictive gameplay mechanics, an ocean of content in a massive open world, and a genuinely fun core gameplay loop too keep you going. Regardless of how many flaws the game has, chances are, you’re going to find something in here you love.
