4.6 million people signed up for the test version
Destiny was a whisper in many people’s ear, and over the months and years that whisper grew and grew until the first trailer was released and the developers announced that they will be needing people to play their test version of the game. The game was so popular even before its release that when the test version was released in July, a massive record of 4.6 million people signed up.
