Channel 4, developers and managers of the video on demand service 4oD , are in talks with Sony to bring over said service to the PlayStation 3.
With the success of BBC’s iPlayer on the PS3, other broadcast companies would want to follow in these footsteps, so we can surely expect Sony to confirm this sooner or later.
“We’re looking to launch on the PS3,” a ‘source at C4’ told Broadcast magazine. “4oD is becoming a platform agnostic product and will be successful because of the quality of the content.”
