4. Any Fatality – Thrill Kill/Mortal Kombat
Both the legendary Mortal Kombat and the banned PS1 game Thrill Kill share the similar trait of offering brutal fatalities. The two offer equally violent post-match finishing moves that range from hilarious to outright disturbing. All of them are gory to some extent, with the most vomit-inducing often being a subjective matter. Take your pick, as there are plenty of fatalities to choose from.
