5. Cerebral Bore – Turok 2: Seeds of Evil

Similar to the gore-tastic drill bucket from Dead Rising 2, Turok 2 offered some head drilling action way back when with the Cerebral Bore. A gun that fires out small projectiles that lock onto a target's brainwaves, the bores then get work, burrowing into the opponent's skull and subsequent brain matter. It then also explodes after doing so, as if drilling out the brains of your foe wasn't already enough. Talk about overkill!
