The most popular argument against FIFA games is that they're the same game every freaking year. And to an extent they're right. Some of them are- FIFA 11 was largely similar to FIFA 10, just as FIFA 08 was to 07 and 09 was to 08. But in the last few years, the franchise has also given us some truly exceptional titles, like FIFA 07, FIFA 10, and recently, FIFA 12. The games are always high quality and extremely fun, and the new ideas EA Sports comes up with are always expertly implemented.
