FIGHTING ENEMIES YOU’RE NOT MEANT TO FIGHT YET
This isn’t too dissimilar from what we just discussed, but it happens often enough that it bears mentioning nonetheless. Running into enemies that are much stronger than you isn’t something that happens in open world games as often as it used to, what with so many developers adopting level scaling mechanics and what have you, but when it does happen, it can be an unforgettable experience (though maybe not for the right reasons). Of course, when you find yourself to be much more powerful later on in the game and are able to trounce that foe that thrashed you earlier on, there’s nothing quite like that feeling either.
