3. Keep Your Friends Close...
Nothing strengthens a bond of friendship like a good old fashioned co-op game. When certain games subvert that tradition then, it can leave a lasting mark. Anyone old enough to have played Double Dragon in their youth will remember the final battle where Jimmy and Billy fight against each other, but a more recent example exists in Splinter Cell: Conviction. The co-op mode in Fisher's latest adventure saw agents Archer and Kestrel working together, only to have to face off right at the end. A surprising twist indeed.
