Alex Mercer is powerful shape shifter that can take out armies using his abilities. He has the ability to run at very fast speeds knocking down cars, trees and anything that gets in his way, his arm can take the shape of cutting and hammer weapons that can slice through people as well as smash tanks until they explode. He has defeated enemies several feet taller than him and stronger than him and though he is almost invulnerable, he is a bit of an emo basketcase.
