23. Luca Blight from Suikoden II
Known as the Mad Prince, this boss is known for his blood lust and brutality, He kills an innocent woman pleading for her life in the most casual way. I’m really not fond of this character as he is quite annoying and someone I would not stop fighting till he dies no matter how tough he is. Luca’s fighting techniques is quite brutal as he unleashes a flurry of attacks on his opponent.
