EA closely collaborating with Microsoft to bring games to Windows Phone

Windows Phone may get a host of awesome EA games since the two companies are collaborating together to bring games to the platform. By two companies I mean Microsoft and EA.

These games include: Medal of Honor, The Sims Free-to-Play, and World Series of Poker.

“We’re working very closely with Microsoft to understand what their views on gaming navigation are,” said EA COO Peter Moore to Bloomberg.

“Anything that allows more platforms to be adopted quickly that have a gaming element is good for Electronic Arts.”

As far as I am concerned, Windows Phone needs a lot of games since it’s market share is currently minuscule. Android is the top dog when it comes to market share holding 68%, followed by iOS and the rest. Windows Phone is ranked 5th with 3.5% share.
