Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII 3

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII could actually turn out to be a good game as Square Enix has released a bunch of new screenshots that show the game in action. It looks fantastic as you’d expect from Square Enix’s art direction and also gives an AAA vibes.

These screenshots show a new area called the Dead Dunes which is filled with Sand and there will be some side missions in this area which Lightning–the main protagonist of the game–can undertake. Of course, there might be some story based missions here as well, but we don’t have a lot of information on that yet.

Square Enix should probably release a trailer of this area to give people a better idea of what to expect from the game but they probably won’t do that.
