There’s been a lot of hype and hoopla surrounding Activision’s next Call of Duty title, but the general consensus is that it will be the next Modern Warfare. Activision community manager Dan Amrich decided to post on Youtube (part of One of Swords TV) and answer some of the burning questions that fans had about the game.

Given how the last few Call of Duty games were revealed in May, Amrich states that looking for information now is a “little bit ahead of the curve”. He does give a glimmer of hope however, saying that news of the next Modern Warfare should arrive “at E3, or just before E3.”

“If you’re looking for information on the future, it’s coming soon. It’s just not here yet. And it should be here no later than E3. Just be a little patient and I think you’ll hear some more information very soon.”

The latest Call of Duty game was Treyarch’s Black Ops 2, that was released last year in November for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
