In an announcement that surprised no one, Microsoft confirmed that Minecraft, the indie hit sensation that made waves all over, and became the most hit Xbox Live game in history, will also be coming to Xbox One.
Assumedly, it will also be using Kinect (albiet the much more improved Kinect sensor on the Xbox One compared to the more rudimentary and crude peripheral for the Xbox 360). it can also perhaps be inferred that none of the limitations that applied to the Xbox 360 version of the game will apply to the Xbox One version (or that if they do, they won’t apply to nearly the same degree that they did on the Xbox 360).
