According to Siliconera, Dead Rising 3 will narratively follow from the first two games, tying up all loose ends. This will, in its turn, entail the return of several characters, fan favorites and otherwise, from those games.

Isabele Keyes, the doctor stuck inside a lab since the first Dead Rising, who was working on a cure for the zombie outbreak, returns in this game, having finally managed to break free from the lab. Does she have the cure or not? Apparently not, as she seems to be searching for that one final component to her formula that will complete the cure.

Similarly, we have Chuck Greene from the second Dead Rising game return. The game won’t focus a lot on him, as he isn’t the main character, but it will tell us a lot more about his past, which apparently has something to do with the events of the first game.

Dead Rising 3 is a Capcom developed, Microsoft funded Xbox One exclusive coming soon. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
