Cabela’s African Adventures Receives New Screenshots

Go into the wild this October.

Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg spoke recently about how the publisher is taking risks and bringing about new IP. And it was in preparation for this: A new batch of screenshots for the upcoming Cabela’s African Adventures – like Deer Hunter but set in the jungle – has arrived. The third person action adventure will see you traversing the wild, free-roaming and bringing the kings and queens of the wilderness (which include bison, cheetahs, rhinos and yes even innocent giraffe) to their knees.

This isn’t Call of Duty by any means. Of course, you might get eaten by your enemies so that’s another means by which it’s not Call of Duty. Check out the screens below.

Cabela’s African Adventures will be arriving on Steam and PSN on October 16th in Europe. You can keep up with all the latest updates for the game here. Stay tuned for further details as we approach the game’s release.
