Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 4 is a very elusive little title at this point. The developer hasn’t officially confirmed its development, only stating that its team needs time to push things through. There have been rumours of the game coming to the Xbox One exclusively and even of it possibly being an MMO. At this point, all we can do is really speculate, so why not talk about what the sequel should implement to improve it over its predecessor?

One of those is in weapon customization. Similar to Dead Space 3, it would be interesting if you could effectively create your weapon from scratch, choosing a stock, barrel, magazine, attachment, scope and even more upgrades. Given that this is a post-apocalyptic wonderland, said upgrades and materials would be significantly different from your typical guns.

How about a machine gun with not one but several knives taped to the barrel? Why not collect the fallen remains of your foes and decorate your gun with their blood and guts, which would no doubt influence people’s reactions and your overall karma.

It may just be an idea to go off of at this point, but more customization is always a good thing in Fallout. What are your thoughts on the same? Let us know below.
