Finally, the first ever beta footage for the hugely anticipated Dark Souls II has released. In the below footage, we are given inside looks at the beta version for a multitude of the game’s elements.
We dive right in with a team of two making their way through the game’s environment and into a good old-fashioned dungeon crawl. Though this narration isn’t in English, we get a good look at the game’s menu and skill allocation systems. Additionally, through our initial dungeon crawl, we are given a good look at the use of effective team tactics in combat situations.
Moving forward, we are given a look at the more domestic aspects of the game and witness some merchants, their abodes, and the process of in-game transactions for gathering potions, equipment, and other enhancements.
Dark Souls II is slated to release on March 11th 2014 and will release on Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
