Just yesterday Nvidia released a set of specs they claimed were the minimum requirement for playing Call of Duty: Ghosts on PC. However, this tweet from Activision has confirmed that these specs are in fact false. The real info will be coming soon.
The false specs were truly baffling as Call of Duty Ghosts in no way looks like a game that will require a Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 to run it at maximum settings. We are still unsure as to where Nvidia got this false information, and why they posted it officially before Activision did.
Hopefully we’ll be looking at a much less taxing minimum requirement in terms of hard drive space once the actual specs are confirmed by the publisher and developer themselves.
Call Of Duty: Ghosts is due for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC in November. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
