It’s time to get your ghost on. Activision, Infinity Ward and Xbox in partnership with Major League Gaming (MLG) have announced that the second annual Call of Duty Championship will take place in Los Angeles on March 28th to 30th. The tournament will see 32 gamers fight for the right to be World Champion and net a cash prize of $1 million in the process. It will also mark the first time the tournament is played on Xbox One.

CEO of Activision Publishing Eric Hirshberg stated that, “Last year’s championship came down to the final minute of the final match with everyone holding their breath to see who would win. The skill, passion and energy brought by these teams and the crowd looking-on showed just what makes our community the best in the world. Call of Duty is more than a video game. It’s a pastime shared by millions. It’s exciting to play and fun to watch, and we can’t wait to see what this year’s event has in store.”

Those interested in checking out the tourney can find it streaming on Xbox Live and MLG.tv. Head here for more details on how to take part.
