Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Features Dragon Transformation, Awesome Puzzles

We wouldn’t have thought that Mercury Steam was sparing no expense to make sure Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is an excellent sequel, but this recent Q&A follow-up to a dev diary posted by the developer confirms it. Some questions about the series have been answered within, and it seems players will be able to turn into a dragon at some point. As of now, Mercury Steam isn’t sharing any more details on the same.

Keep in mind: You play as Gabriel Belmont, who is now Lord Dracula. And now you can become a dragon. It’s almost unfair just how awesomely powerful you can become.

Other aspects of Lords of Shadow 2 include amazing puzzles, a story that admittedly makes the dev team a little tearful, and the continuation of several plot threads including Gabriel’s relationship with his wife now that’s more vampy.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is slated to release on February 25th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
