GDC is here, and with it comes new information on all our favourite things about games. What’s one of our favourite things about games? Great game engines, you say? And is the CryENGINE a great game engine? It certainly is, and the new one looks really good too.

Crytek has released two new videos to show off its CryENGINE to the world. The first video shows a montage of some of the several upcoming games that will be using the CryENGINE, and shows those games’ technical prowess and focuses on how good those games look, visuals-wise.

Several games have been shown off in this video, including the likes of Evolved, Star Citizen, Kingdom Come: Deliverance and the already released RYSE: Son of Rome.

The second video shows the certain types and terrains and environments in games that have been created using the tools and powers of the CryEngine.

Both the videos are given above, take a look.
