The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Trailer Reveals the Kingpin

One of Spider-Man's most powerful foes debuts.

Sony Pictures’ The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is looking to be one of the better superhero films this year – though to be honest, the memory of Tobey Maguire on table tops still haunts us – and Activision is looking to capitalize on the success of the same with the upcoming video game adaptation.

Of course The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game will be doing things a bit differently from the movie. For one, as the latest story trailer indicates, the Kingpin gets in on the action. While actually a crime lord, Wilson Fisk focuses on his Task Force taking out any masked entities within New York City. How that bodes for Spider-Man and the likes of the Green Goblin is something we’ll need to wait and see.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will release on May 2nd for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS & PC. Stay tuned for more details and trailers in the coming weeks.
