New Shaq Fu Game Might Be Coming to Consoles As Well

Did you ask for this?

A few weeks ago, we broke news to you that upstart developer Big Deez Productions (one with an impressive list of employees) was trying to get a sequel to the original (disastrous) Shaq Fu game crowdfunded. Well, it looks like they still want to do that- apparently, Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn, has had its funding goals modified, so that the deadline is now May 5, and the stretch goals a little more reasonable.

As compared to the original, rather unlikely stretch goals, the new goals are simple: if funding reaches $450,000 (it currently stands at $141,426, so it has a ways to go), then the game will come to Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U. Big Deez also announced that if you donate $35,000, Shaquille O’Neal himself will travel to your party and DJ at the event for you and your friends. Which sounds well and good, till you consider that said $35,000 could fund your kid’s (or your!) college education for a year.

So… yeah. This still exists. They’re still trying to make this a thing. The question now is, are you on board?
